Refund Policy

Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your Cetuvi, we offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with branding material intact. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we kindly ask that you email us in advance at  contact@cetuvi.co with a receipt or proof of purchase. After we have responded to your email, you may proceed with mailing your item to the address below. Please note that if you mail your return without this preliminary notification you run the risk of your return not be honored.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
You may not be eligible for a return if item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing part for reasons not due to our error.
 
To guarantee receipt of your returned handbag, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended. We do not cover costs associated with handbags lost or damaged in transit.
 
Once we have received and inspected your returned handbag, we will send you an email notification verifying receipt and refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment method.
 
If you do not see this refund notification reflected in your financial records post notification from Cetuvi, please contact your credit card company and bank to verify that it is not a hold or of delay in official posting to your account. If there is no record of this transaction, do contact us at contact@cetuvi.co so that we can inquire with our financial institutions.
 
Gifts
If you were lucky enough to receive Cetuvi as an original gift but had something else in mind, you’ll receive a gift credit for the full value of your unused exchange for a handbag of equal or lesser value—in the latter case a credit can be applied to a future purchase.
 
To commence the exchange process, we kindly ask that you email us in advance at contact@cetuvi.co. After we have responded to your email, you may proceed with mailing your item to the address below. Please note that if you mail your return without this preliminary notification you run the risk that your exchange may not be honored.
